To be a part of our Zion family please complete the following forms and return them to the school office. Your registration fee must accompany the paperwork: $400 for grades K – 8 and $125 for Preschool.

1. Enrollment Form—Preschool-8th grade
2. Tuition and Fee Contract for Grades K—8 or Tuition and Fee Contract for Preschool
3. Application for Active Zion Member Tuition Discount—Preschool-8th grade (if applicable)
4. Simply Giving Form — for automated monthly tuition fee withdrawal

To honor the dedication, service and commitment of people who serve in our military, Zion Lutheran School offers a special enrollment opportunity at a discounted rate for children of active duty military families.
