Zion Men’s Ministry...“Come deepen your walk with Christ” Hugh Hewitt is Coming to Men’s Breakfast
(Zion Fellowship Center) All men & women are invited to join us with guest speaker Hugh Hewitt. Hugh Hewitt is the host of a nationally syndicated radio show heard in more than 70 cities nationwide, and a Professor of Law at Chapman University Law School, where he teaches Constitutional Law. He is the author of Blog: Understanding the Information Reformation That's Changing Your World as well as the New York Times best selling author of If It's Not Close, They Can't Cheat. He has written 4 other books. Hewitt has received 3 Emmys during his decade of work as co-host of the PBS Los Angeles affiliate KCET's nightly news and public affairs show Life & Times. He is a weekly columnist for The Daily Standard, the online edition of The Weekly Standard.

MEXICO HOUSE BUILD Saturday, October 1, 2005 The Youth of Zion invite you to come join them on Saturday, October 1, to build a house for a needy Christian family. This is a great opportunity to serve the Lord by building a house for a well-deserving family that lives in the Tijuana Valley. The project begins with a small 12’ x 12’ cement slab that is poured by the family. Then we come in and build a one-room house, complete with a roof, front door, and a window. The whole project takes just one day and is an incredible experience for all who are involved. If you would like to be a part of this event, please sign-up in the Zion Fellowship Center. If you are unable to attend but would like to help in some way, we will be accepting monetary donations to cover the cost of the build. (Above photograph is from "Housebuild-2004") |
