![]() Student leadership at Zion Lutheran School Led by Mrs. LaDorna Bunt, Zion’s Student Council serves to engage students in learning about democracy and leadership. Elected officers and 4th through 8th grade class representatives meet once a week to share students’ ideas, interests, and concerns. We are excited about raising funds for school-wide activities, including social events such as school dances and community projects. Council members play a very important role at Zion. They help share students’ ideas, interests, and concerns with the teachers and principal. They help the students raise funds for school-wide projects. They assist the community when they are in need of aid. They do all this and more, including leading by example and fostering a “team spirit” across the campus. ![]() Congratulations 2011-12 Student Council Officers: President - Trevor Yerkes Vice President - Keanna Byrnes Secretary - Nina Boyle Treasurer - Travis Tysor Senator - Haley Hanford Student Council Hosted Events...
